Hello and thank you for all your support of the yearbook.

We still need self-portraits from grade 5-11, and we also welcome any pics of activities going on in the school community that we can use. Senior portraits are scheduled for the week of 2/22. Links are in the attached for all these as well as a link to buy the book. The senior ad deadline will be extended, and we will let you know when the ad site reopens. Thank you!

Below is the calendar for the third marking period for sync/async for grades 5 and 6.

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is seeking input from stakeholders about the need for additional flexibility related to certain provisions of the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) pertaining to administration of State assessments in spring 2021 and identification of schools and districts for improvement.

All others can order through the link above starting at $40. There are no in-person sales this year.

**Seniors will get theirs with the senior dues, and they should not order online.**

If you would like a senior ad in the yearbook, please use the information attached to get yours in. The deadline is February 11th.

Also a couple of other quick things:

• Yearbooks are included in senior dues. Ms. States and Mr. John are coordinating this.
• Seniors should not buy a yearbook online. If you did, you will get a refund towards dues.
• Senior portraits are 2/22-2/26 and you all will be individually scheduled
  They will be during asynchronous times so kids do not miss classes. The 41 in school students will be scheduled for Thursday morning. The 60 virtual-only students will be scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. LINKS were sent out to sign up!
• Students need to dress up, as COVID-19 protocols prohibit us from giving out tuxedo tops or shawls like we are usually able to do.
• Senior quote forms and Senior Superlatives already went out and will be due 2/15
