It is wonderful to have our OWLs back in the building this morning after a much needed break. Below, you will find a list of the upcoming activities and preparations for April and May:
NYS ELA Testing, Grades 5-8: April 11-18:
- Grades 6 and 7: April 11-12
- Grade 8: April 15-16
- Grade 5: April 17-18
In preparation for testing, all 8th Grade students must have their district-issued laptops and chargers in the building by Friday, April 12th. All Grade 5 students must have their district-issued laptops and chargers in the building by Tuesday, April 16th. The devices will remain in the building until testing has culminated.
On testing days, please be sure to drop off your child to school on time, by 7:30 a.m. as we will begin promptly at the start of 1st period. Students should eat a healthy breakfast and get ample sleep the previous night. We highly encourage students to participate in state testing as this helps identify additional academic supports that may be needed during next school year.

- Grade 5: April 30-May 1
- Grade 8: May 2-3
- Grades 6-7: May 8-9
